Developed by Kimball Homes, there are three separate sections of the Tower Crossing development. (Pictured top left is the entry to Tower Crossing.) First is the North Commons, which is comprised of fifty-five 4 story brick town homes, built on 4.473 acres of land. Patriot Boulevard is home to the second group of seventeen 4 story brick town homes which are built on .792 acres.
The final and newest group is the South Commons, which consist of eighty-two 4 story brick town homes (a typical 4 story brick home is shown just below the top picture on the left) on 6.546 acres of land. All three sections of the Tower Crossing development are built around The Glen Tower Center.
Regardless of the area, all of the town homes have two car garages and zone heating and air-conditioning. There are six unique models with different interior amenities to choose from. Furthermore, each of the town homes vary in size, from 3031 to 4105 square feet.
