Developed by Kimball Homes, there are three separate sections of the Tower Crossing development. (Pictured top left is the entry to Tower Crossing.) First is the North Commons, which is comprised of fifty-five 4 story brick town homes, built on 4.473 acres of land. Patriot Boulevard is home to the second group of seventeen 4 story brick town homes which are built on .792 acres.

The final and newest group is the South Commons, which consist of eighty-two 4 story brick town homes (a typical 4 story brick home is shown just below the top picture on the left) on 6.546 acres of land. All three sections of the Tower Crossing development are built around The Glen Tower Center.

Regardless of the area, all of the town homes have two car garages and zone heating and air-conditioning. There are six unique models with different interior amenities to choose from. Furthermore, each of the town homes vary in size, from 3031 to 4105 square feet.

There is something perfect for families of all sizes and for single people as well. The beautiful surroundings and the amenities are what you deserve, and you will be more than satisfied with everything Tower Crossing has to offer.

Along The Glen Town Center’s Perimeter

Tower Crossing is on the perimeter along three sides of The Glen Town Center. The Glen Club Championship Golf Course borders The Town Center on the west. All of the Patriot Boulevard town homes have an amazing roof deck with an unbelievable view of Gallery Park. Better yet, the town homes on the west side have a spectacular view of the award winning Glen Club Golf Course.

North Commons Differs From South Commons

If you could look at a map, you would see that both the North Commons and the South Commons have courtyards. (See photo of a commons in Tower Crossing, second from bottom left.) The difference is the North Commons has an ingress and egress from the garage to the street.

When the South Commons were built, the courtyards were enclosed with beautiful vistas of trees and flowers. (See photo at the bottom, left.) The decks in the South Commons look over a landscaped yard. Both the South and North courtyards are different, yet each is very appealing and extremely luxurious.
